The 2024 BCEA AGM and Year End Awards Banquet is scheduled for November 16, 2024 at Harrison Hot Springs Resort. The banquet will be held in the Forum Ballroom, doors open at 6pm, dinner served at 7pm. The deadline to order dinner tickets is Nov 11th firm.

Below are the instructions for members to book their rooms at our contracted pricing. Rooms must be booked by Oct 15/24 to receive our contract pricing. Bookings placed after Oct 15/24 will be on a space available basis at prevailing rates.
